May contain traces of milk and milk products, egg, soya, cereals containing gluten, other nuts, sesame and celery.
Tips
This sauce accompanies intensely flavoured cheeses, particularly those made from sheep's milk. It is ideal with Castelmagno and Pecorino di Pienza.
