Seitan ragout
Ingredients
Tomato pulp* 72%, seitan* 10% (meal of wheat*, water, sauce soya* (water, beans from soya*, wheat wholemeal*, sea salt) ginger*), carrots*, onions*, extra virgin olive oil*, celery*, basil*, sea salt, spices*. *BIOLOGICAL.
May contain traces of milk and milk products, eggs, other cereals containing gluten, nuts, sesame and mustard.
Tips
Here is an excellent all-vegetable ragout for seasoning white or wholemeal pasta. It can also be used as a filling for cannelloni or baked lasagne.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in
refrigerator.
