Ingredients
Mushrooms champignons* (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil*, water, garlic*, sea salt*, black truffle* 1% (Tuber aestivum), olives*, thickener: locust bean gum*. *BIOLOGICAL
May contain traces of milk and milk products, egg, soya, cereals containing gluten, nuts, sesame, celery and mustard.
Tips
Excellent cream to flavour risottos or pasta with mushrooms. Also good on scrambled or fried eggs. Particularly good when used to enrich a roast or meat in general.
Ready for use.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in
refrigerator.
